The classic espresso coffee machine with the extraction technology that gave birth to an industry. Available in 2,3 and 4 groups the Palanca or Lever machine uses an extraction system based on a manually operated, thermo compressed brew chamber.
Each group head features infusion extraction and an independent heat exchanger. The boiler water level is electronically controlled and all models have two steam wands and a hot water outlet. The 13 litre boiler and 2.6 Kw element ensure adequate supplies of hot water and steam for a busy coffee operation.
