Coffee Machine As the exclusive UK distributor for Futurmat machines we only supply top quality coffee machinery which ensures a long and reliable life, but in the unlikely event of a break down we have a fully trained team of engineers that provide expert service and after sales back up to all our products. We can also provide service solutions to most other makes of espresso machinery.

We have large stocks of genuine manufacturer spare parts. This ensures a quality and long lasting repair and enables a very high level of first time fix.

Most of our repairs are completed on site but we also have workshop facilities where we de-scale and test machines to ensure they are producing the perfect coffee every time. With our experience we know the importance of ensuring machinery is kept in excellent condition to minimise down time, which is why we offer service and maintenance contracts on our machinery when the warranty period has expired.

A full range of water filter exchange and service programmes are available.

Our team covers an area from the north of Scotland to the south west of England and from Wales to East Anglia, London and the South Coast.

Our engineers are based regionally to ensure maximum efficiency in response to service calls. They also carry a wide range of parts on their vehicles to maintain high first time fix rates and can carry out service work on bean to cup, traditional and instant coffee machines.

Our target is to respond to a service call within eight working hours of the call out.

Training:
We offer full equipment training on all our equipment and can also provide bespoke Barista and coffee management training programmes as required for independent operators or multiple end users.
